The last Scoutbox I received was in May 2023 even though I have this set up to autorenew every 6 months. I have sent multiple emails to the company with no response. They charged my credit card in September for another 6 month subscription. As of right now they owe me 7 months worth of boxes. I had no issues before this. At this point they have stolen my money. I am not the only one.
I did this for six months and am still waiting on two boxes. So apparently all my boxes have been late. And now Ive just realized I'm short my June and July boxes. Thankfully I've canceled my service after trying to give them a chance to get their acts together
I am writing to let you know we are going to continue with the 3 month subscription. I asked my grandson if the last box was good and he said it was!!
similar to nomadik box and that is not a bad thing. i have had subscriptions to several tactical and survival boxes, and scoutbox is a refreshing change
My son upon opening his November Scoutbox, was a little disappointed. He said, this all looks familiar and as he pulled items out, one item said January. Was the november box just a rehash of older boxes that you have left in inventory or was this a mistake.
Normally he’s overly excited to open and dig in, however not so much this time around.
