Confused or Angry? (should I be)

I have received my first and ONLY box of my 3-month subscription about two weeks ago. I received an email prior to receipt that stated my order was fulfilled and en route. I am now receiving a request for a review of my fulfilled order.
Your consistent use of the word “fulfilled” leaves me wondering if you intend to actually send me the next two boxes. Or, perhaps I was misled into thinking that a 3-month subscription to a monthly service would actually yield three boxes.
I will say that I added on the “Camping” box, and my son enjoyed it. My first and ONLY box from the subscription was the Earth Day box. The timing was perfect, but the contents were disappointing. And now you are alluding to having fulfilled your end of the contract.
Please let me know when the other boxes will arrive. I’ll allow you to either confirm that I was misled, or that your post-order emails and reviews could be more clear.
